No sound on the timer? Here is how to fix it.
There are several reasons why you may not be getting a sound out of the timer. Here is how to fix it.
On iOS:
Make sure that the sound is on.
This is the most common reason why the timer is not ringing. Here is how to fix it.
1: Open the Settings app
2: Go to sound and haptics.
3: Make sure that the Ringer and Alerts volume is up.
Make sure that RepCount has notification permissions.

2: Go to notifications
3: Go to RepCount
4: Make sure that sounds are toggled on
Make sure the phone is not on in "silent mode"

3: Press RepCount. If it isn't visible press the "See All Apps" button first.
4: Press notifications.
5: Make sure all notifications are enabled
6: Press the "Timer"?" notification settings. And make sure that the alert option is selected
Turn off power save
Some Android devices have a very aggressive power save mode, which is great for saving battery, but not so great for playing rest timer sounds. If the volume settings are not working, one reason may be that your phone has an aggressive power save mode on, which may interfere. Restart your device.
It has been reported that on some devices, notifications can stop working for unknown reasons. This has been a common issue on some Samsung phones. Some RepCount users have reported that a restart of the device helped.
