Why is help articles only available in English?
RepCount is currently available in four languages: English, Swedish, Spanish and Korean. However, as you might have noticed when searching for help articles, they are all written in english. And this is why:
1: RepCount is a (very) small team and it would be a big effort to provide support articles in all articles.
2: Translations have costs attached to them. While we do keep the app translated, translating long help articles would be an additional ongoing cost
Can't find what you are looking for in the help articles? Feel free to reach out at firstname.lastname@example.org. We do speak English, Swedish and limited Spanish, so if you can write in English or Swedish this is the best option. But if you can't, feel free to reach out anyway and we will do our best to try to help you out.
