Logging a workout on RepCount is easy.
To log a workout on the fly, do the following
Press the + button on the workout log screen to create a new workout.
Add exercises by pressing the "Add Exercise" button to add an exercise
Fill in the weight and reps for each set.
Repeat steps 2-3 until you are done for today and press "Finish"
That's it! Congratulations, you have logged your first workout.
