RepCount uses notifications for the timer in order to be able to update the timer duration in the lock screen. If you have changed the notification settings for the app you may have accidentally enabled vibration or sound on each countdown, which of course is super annoying.
Here is how to fix it:
1: Open the notification settings for RepCount. This is found is settings -> apps and notifications and then RepCount
2: Press the "Time Remaining option". This is the countdown timer notification.
3: Make sure that the time remaining setting is set to silent.
